JRC Recovery

This tow company towed my vehicle. I paid them 90$ at pickup. As I was signing my paperwork, I began reading and the first page stated that I have reviewed my car and all my personal property was there and my car was in the same condition. I stated that I had not seen my car yet and he told me I was not allowed in the gated area so I could not see my car until after paperwork and until they bring it out (which is not policy and already sketchy). They are not allowed to touch the things in my car until after 48 hours and when I got to my car everything I owned in it, was stuffed into a garbage bag. My new 200$ eyeglasses were sitting at the very bottom I top of books, shoes and a literally trash bag filled to the top. I immediately looked in my glove department for the cash I had in there. Completely gone. When I confronted, they had no clue what I was talking and never seen a dime in my car. They stole 50$, two pairs of shoes and sunglasses. They refused to give me the owner of the company's phone number and gave me a "claim" report to fax back. I went outside to double check the trash bag and when I was sure it really wasn't there, I asked for the copy of the inventory they did on my car since they went through it, and they told me they did not perform an inventory sheet. They told me its my word against there's and there's nothing they can do. I filed a police report and the cops told me they are called here all the time for them stealing medicine, prescriptions, guns and money. When I was sitting there confronting them about my money, they just pulled a new car in they repossessed and the young kid "who cleans them out" brought in a pistol he find in the console and the worker kept going on about how nice it was and placed it in his desk. There's a huge poster of a naked girl in the office and they were all disgusting and rude. They are thieves and will take anything valuable.Desired SettlementI want my stolen items, my money and to speak to the owner about her business and a refund for them not having paperwork, inventory, and going through my car within hours of having it.
