I was given this shipper when I signed up to transport a car I bought on eBay through uShip. I had already paid for the vehicle and needed it picked up. From June 5-29th, JRG Logistics gave me the runaround. First they said they'd pick it up this date, then another date and finally stopped answering my e-mails completely. I"m stuck with this car that needs to be picked up and no shipper. They sent notice to uShip that they could no longer handle this job, leaving me totally in the lurch. I had to find another shipper after 3 weeks of waiting for this job to be completed! I would never recommend this company to anyone!
Very poor experience. [redacted] in customer service kept saying he'd contact us and never did. Our move was an out of State move they were not able to handle property. A lot of uncertainty we were couldn't take. [redacted] ended scheduling the pick up the day we were flying out of state. I had to contact the driver directly to make different arrangements. Thanks to Junior- the driver, we were able to give him the keys the previous night before moving. Our fault for trusting this cheaper companies that outsource their services. They are bad brokers. I'd have paid double to go with an experienced company with a better sense of customer service.
