Mr***, Has an account with Turner acceptance with a monthly payment amount of $due every 15th of the month as disclosed in his contract. Customer has made payments as follows04/14/ $996.91 advanced to 06/15/1705/30/17
$259.82 advanced to 07/15/1707/01/17 $950.00 advanced to 09/15/17 Customers payment has remained the same but he has accrued Collateral Protection Insurance fees in the amount of $180.00. $per month ( total of months ) that finance company has not been provided with current insurance information Customer has been advised of the fees and what needs to be provided to be able to remove the fees from his account. We will be happy to continue working with customer to resolve this matter. Thank you for making us aware of the situation.   I reviewed your account and it appears that we don't have a declaration page from your insurance carrier for the period of 04/08/15 to 10/09/15 showing comp/ collision and Turner acceptance listed as a lien holder/ . Your payment received...

on 03/18 was applied towards remaining cpi fee of 11.24 therefore when your last payment was made on 03/20 there was a remaining balance of 11.26.  n As of now your acct balance is at zero and your title is being released immediately.   The amount that you paid towards the cpi  fees for the dates mentioned above can definitely be refunded to you once the documentation requested is provided and it proves that you had the required coverage.   If you can have your insurance carrier provide that to us we will be happy top review and make the necessary corrections if applicable.   CPI = collateral protection insurance fees that are applied when we are advised that there is a lapse of coverage for the collateral securing the loan and this is explained in your contract.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted]   In regards to the late fees you are absolutely correct you have settled every late fee accrued.  I do apologize for any inconvenience you have when being transferred to our insurance dept.  We take all feedback seriously and will work efficiently to review our process and improve customer service.

We have reviewed Rebecca W[redacted] account and it seems that late fees pending.   According to our account notes she was advised of late fees and insurance fees on a regular basis.  It seems at times she did not want to discuss the late fees and we were not able to explain to her...

fully.   Considering that she has paid all the payments  with the exception of the late fees I went ahead and waived all the late fees.   In regards to the proof of insurance we were advised by our insurance tracker that they have not received all the proof requested.   Due to the fact that she is currently insured and to avoid further inconvenience to customer we will waive the insurance fees as well.   Customer has a remaining balance of 42.60 after all fees have been removed . This may be attributed to her having a simple interest account and because of her payment history she may have accrued additional interest.  We will write off the remaining 42.60 from her account and we will be sending her title over to her  early next week.   We have a waiting period of 2 weeks to release title if payment was made by debit or credit.  It has been 21 days since payment was received and with removal of all fees we can ship her the title asap.

Turner Acceptance Corp is not required to, and does not, report to all 3 credit bureaus. Complainant's account is paid off and is reported so however the claim that payments were never late is not correct. Customer's account is reported correctly to the credit bureau. If that is what you were told by the dealer from whom you purchased your car Turner was not party to such a conversation. You made a payment  today of $224.70. If you prepaid the balance today after including today's payment the payoff would be $1220.75. That figure is good through today. Although it would change daily, if you were to payoff your account by April 7, 2016 we would accept the $1220.75 amount as payment in full. Yours truly, Mark E.
