JRH Paving performed the driveway sealcoating on October 15, 2013. I have attached a copy of the receipt signed by Mark H[redacted], father of Jimmy H[redacted]. I was out of state when the job was done, but attempted to contact Jimmy upon my return to tell him that the original cracks that...
were on the driveway were still there. He did not return my call. Over the course of just a couple of months the black sealcoating wore away more and more throughout the whole driveway. I continued to leave messages with the answering service. Finally, Jimmy H[redacted] returned my call and came by my house on March 31, 2014. I was unable to be home, but he left me the letter that I attached when I first filed my complaint with Revdex.com, acknowledging that the job did not come out well and that he would fully reseal it at no charge. Under the heading of SERVICES on his website [redacted] it states that all jobs come with a one year warranty. Attached are additional photos showing the poor quality of the work done on my driveway.
