In reference to the above claim, the date is listed as February 2014, which I am sure it is for After reviewing the account, there has been issues with payment on this account and at one point was turned over to [redacted] because quarters were past dueThe city is very strict on their ordinance when it comes to delinquent accounts Therefore, when that happens the service is suspended for pickup until the balance is paid The payment was made on this account on January 29th and the service was restarted When an account is suspended and resumed service work orders are put in for the driver's to resume pickup at the address I do not have any notes from the driver as to how many bags were out for pickup at this address The service level is bag for each resident per week A bill is generated and sent to the customer on a quarterly basis with a due date on it Other than payment issues I have not seen any complaints on service for this address We strive to have excellent customer service and hope that this issue has been resolved.In the future if there is a service issue, please call our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.If you need any further information, please let me know.Thank you Sherri Ann D [redacted] Vogel Disposal Service, Inc.Assistant Office Manager###-###-####
