Not returning calls and cancelling appointments for a service that has already been purchased.We purchased painting labor for one room from JRI Design Build on [redacted]. We have been trying to get this room painted since this summer. The first time, they cancelled our appointment. The second time, no one showed up. We also had a day scheduled for painting and again no one showed up. My husband and I have both called several times and no one returns our calls. I have sent an email too and have heard nothing in return.Desired SettlementWe can not request anything because no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. This is a terrible place of business.Business Response I spoke with [redacted] on Thursday September 12, 2013. I apologized for the miscommunication and assured her that I would be personally seeing to it that her service was provided. We made the appointment for the service to be completed on Wednesday October 2, 2013 at 9am. I have returned all of her voicemail messages in a timely manner (within 1 business day). I have not received an email from the [redacted] regarding this service. If she has an issue with the date or time we scheduled, she is free to call me to change that date or time. Considering that I have spoken to [redacted] and scheduled this service and explained the miscommunication, I think this complaint is a little unfair.
