The individual who generally handles these matters has been out of the office for an extended period, and in fact, your first two letters were sitting, unopened, in their mailbox until just a couple days ago Technical support is handled on our "Interact" support forum; we do not have
telephone support at this time. I am advised that Ms*** did post on our forum, and made some rude comments. She is still a registered member on our forum and is able to post and in fact was encouraged to re-post. She has chosen not to She also filed a dispute with PayPal regarding the purchase and has recently dropped her dispute. I sent her an email earlier this week and she has not yet responded
