I have reviewed the above complaint and also the call logs for said work orders to [redacted]'saddress. I did find there to be 4 A/c calls as follows 5/29 Freon Levels where ck'd and Filter Changed. 6/8 Cleaned Coils Inside 7/19 Cleaned Coils Outside. -Ck'd Thermostat - Functioning Properly. Filer...

CK'd Air flow blowing 63 Degrees Outgoing Temp. 7/26 Blowing Hot Air - Did a Leak test on inside Coil found small pin hole leak. We agreed at that point in time to replace the Coils inside. Completed 7/31. Also alot of the discussions were handled by **. [redacted] Fiance directly to the Maintenance Man. So we were all kept out of the loop including myself as well as her. We do have a protocol which is to be that all work orders be called into the office. At that point we log them and direct out to the maintenance staff to handle. The ite** were addresed in the proper manner eliminating any causes to the problem. Unfortunately part of the problem also lies in the hands of the resident who was not contacting us back immediately if the issues were not corrected. So at that point we are starting over trouble shooting as if we are starting with a new problem.  Water Heater 1st call was 4/30/15 Ck & Repaced tub diverters. 5/21 Hot Water not lasting long. Ck all faucets hot water flowing. No immediate problem found. Possibly element going out. 6/25 Hot Water Heater not heating. Found Bottom element not heating. Since original we ordered a new Water Heater. Tried to install 7/3 & 7/18 but were turned away by the resident. Installed on 8/1/2015. Everything I believe has been resolved atleast through speaking eith [redacted] fiance. I have tried several times to reach her but with no response. I would like to say that I do apologise for any mis communications that may have occured. But we are here to take care of any maintenance issues you may have.
