Absolute disasterFrom the day I moved in til months laterMy apartment at *** *** *** flooded in El Paso, Texas

It's shocking tenants are treated in this mannerDogs are treated better!

calls to maintaince after hours for emerg issues no one came out fire extinger was yrs out of date for months could not get a new one fire alam in bldg did not work so it was placed on sclience for at least months our bulding failed the fire inspection

I have lived in a JRK owned property for the past few years and they have been one of the most pleasant land owners everEvery time there's the tiniest of issues, they always come through quickly

This is easily one of the best properties I've ever lived atEverything gets handled extremely quickly and they treat all the tenants with respect

Worst experience ever renting from this company. Have called out 5 times and not once have I received any type of response. They just transfer you over to the customer relations line and no one returns a call. I live at the Southpoint in Massapequa NY. Have complained over overgrown bushes and stain on patio covered in ants since the day I moved in 3 months ago. Apt complex is housing "special" residents who harass on a daily basis. Laundry room is disgusting. Dog breeds that do not belong in here. Dog feces on property. 1 Maintenance guy for like 300 apartments. Pool hopping that has gone on all summer and daily visits by the local police due to "special" resident conflicts.

Friendly staff and prompt attention to details. My building is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are kept impeccable. Whenever there's an issue, it gets resolved quickly. Never come across a property management company with more care for their tenants.

This is in regard to the Lincoln, NE property, The Lodges at Heritage Lakes.

I wanted to pass on some issues we have had-- I would suggest that no one moves to, or lives in the Lodge at Heritage Lakes. Problems have been listed below:
We have given our notice, but I thought you should know about your current property you own in Lincoln, NE. The conditions are horrible, unsanitary, and the management is extremely sub par, and issues are abundant. We have received little or no contact with the front office since we have moved in. I have listed some of our issues below.
*Dog feces everywhere, hasn't been cleaned up or maintained in the entire three months we have been there. Cigarette butts scattered through the rocks all down our apartment row, and has been. Standing water has grown mold with these cigarettes now. I have pictures of all of this, and I will be submitting these pictures, among other to the Revdex.com more than likely.
. * Neighbor's smoke a lot of marijuana, our apartment constantly smells of weed smoke. Manager said nothing can be done unless they are in the act and we should just talk to maintenance. It's not safe or healthy to be around. I am currently pregnant, and this is a health risk. This was mentioned to management as well. I was under the impression this was a drug free property.
* Dog park, which was the main selling point, is disgusting. Dog feces every three steps in any way, is not maintained, and gate has been broken since February. Has been complained about, not just by us. The gate has been broken at the dog park since February, doesn't stay shut, and hasn't been fixed yet. It is extremely unsanitary.
* BOTH dogs contracted kennel cough from the dirtiness of the environment and the dog park. Neighbor's dogs also suffered the same..
* Management is unresponsive to requests, we are still waiting for call backs.
*Questionable activities in the complex, safety is a factor. Someone tried to get into the apartment when I was home alone at 10:30 at night.
* Someone else's garage door opener was opening our door. Dropped off the openers to the front desk, went back a week later they had forgotten that they had them, took extremely long to remedy. Meanwhile our garage door could be opened by someone else. (This has been an issue twice, the second time it again took 1+ weeks to deal with or even try to fix)
*We had a package delivered (unknown to us) by UPS to the front desk. When I found out from a family member on Sunday that they had sent us a package, we confirmed with UPS it was signed by someone named, "Carter" at the front desk, and that we would be notified. When the front desk was contacted, were were told in no uncertain terms that it was their job to let us know if we had a package (surprise or not) delivered to us, and that we were lucky they didn't return it to the sender. Every other complex where I have lived has notified us when we had a package at the front desk. The customer service here is despicable.

I've lived in a JRK managed complex for about two years now and have had a very pleasant experience with them. The grounds are kept very clean and the tenants they lease to are good people. I had a leaky faucet once and they fixed it very promptly -- much better than other places I've lived.

I have been living in a jrk owned property for 7 months now worst experience ever. I will never rent from anywhere they own again. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. The apartment was supposed to be newly remodeled right.. they said the cabinets were new they are not they have new doors with old cabinets with crapy latex paint that is peeling off and none of them are flush against the wall, the carpet is poorly put in if you step by the walls the tack strips stab your feet, almost every wall has a Crack from the ceiling to the floor, the heating/cooling ducts turned the ceiling black where the air comes out, poorly done paint job, the bottoms of the doors and around the door knows are not painted, the pool is disgusting and should be closed the management does not or is no help, they have like 3 maintenance guys for 300+ apartments not to mention I have been trying to contact jrk about the issues for 3 days now I can only leave a message when I call and they don't call bac

Awesome property management company. Very responsive and quite impressed with their attention to the details of my building. The rent is reasonable and the grounds well worth it.

It's been over 4 years now since I moved into my building and I have enjoyed it. Luxury apartment living is definitely the way to go and JRK has been very responsive every single time I've needed something. My property manager is great and I like how clean they always keep everything.
