this response because: No such communication ever happened.  I spoke with [redacted] (General Manager) the day he was here to measure and estimate costs and he sent me an e-mail with the contract attached.  Since then he has not retuned my e-mails nor text me nor returned phone calls.  I spoke with the office manager several times but she never asked if I would wait until Spring or offer to return my money. The response sent to you says they are returning my money and I would like to keep this open until they do.
