JRM Landscaping

Review: After researching many landscaping companies in the area, we decided to use Lawngevity JRM ([redacted]).We deeply regret using this company. We had extensive yard work done- patio, gutter lines, soil/seed.In the contract, gutter lines were supposed to be run to the street. The landscaper made the decision to run the gutter lines to the back of the yard because it was "easier". He is in clear breach of contract. I have attempted to contact him many times in order for the problem to be corrected. My calls have gone unanswered. In addition to being in breach of contract, the quality of work is poor. When[redacted] came to collect his final check, we were shocked he thought he was finished. Large areas were left untouched, the products are failing in less than 2 months, and [redacted] refuses to answer my calls.I strongly discourage anyone from using this company.Desired Settlement: I would like our money refunded for the areas that were done incorrectly or not to our satisfaction in order to hire another company to complete the work correctly.

Review: The business took money for landscaping services that were poorly done or never done. Money for fertilizer, grub control, crabgrass control was taken and never applied....Also money was taken for installing top soil, seeding for new grass and cover. instead of putting top soil he put dirt with stones. The owner refused to take my calls, or return emails asking to fix the situation or return the money. Also asked his foreman to call him to come and meet in person, the owner of the company, [redacted] has not responded.Desired Settlement: Refund of $646
