This company deceived us claiming they were a local company (Jacksonville, Fl) that had been sent by our regular tree company They blacked out their address (Houston TX) on the bid form to further deceive us and take advantage of Hurricane Matthew and two elderly people (and 73) living on a fixed income Their price was times what the company they claimed had sent them for comparable trees in the same place in our yard But this tree was down so no climbing and [redacted] is supposed to take the wood away so so we were way over charged and lied to
JRP Tree & Demolition just completed a two day job at our residence in Houston, TX. Owner and office staff were very helpful and spent time explaining different options. In the end, we had them do the following work:
Front yard:
Cut down and stump grind 11 pines
1 large palm tree
Remove all shrubbery and smaller myrtles planted next to front of house
Back yard:
Remove 8 trees
Stump grind 26 stumps from previous tree removal
Trim and shape large sycamore & oak tree
Remove debris and other shrubbery
I cannot say enough good things about the crew. The work was done fast and efficiently. The yard was cleaned and blown, all debris picked up in both front and back yard. The price was stellar as was the customer service. I wish I could give them a 1,000 likes.
