We at My Trio Rings acknowledge and empathize with the frustration the client has experienced due to the delay in her orderOur rings are actually custom crafted to our client’s size, and this process does take about 4-weeksWe prefer to custom craft the ring to the exact size rather than
resizing a standard size ring, allowing us to ensure a high quality finish on the ringThere was a delay in the crafting time of the ring, which we called the client to inform her about in advance of her estimated delivery dateWe tried to return the client’s phone calls as best we could in a timely mannerThe customer did write to cancel her order, but we wanted to see if we could rectify the problem by shipping the order in days with complimentary overnight shipping as soon as we received the rings from our crafting team, which the customer agreed toAfter we spoke to the customer on the day of shipping we emailed the Fedex tracking number so that the customer can track its progressWe also shipped the order with a complimentary ring cleaning kit to compensate for the delayWe have called the client, left a message and her informed that we would be happy to give her a full refund for the rings if she is unhappy with our productWe would like to sincerely apologize about the manufacturing delay and hope that we can make things right with our customer
