I have been dealing with [redacted] as a problem since the day I fired her. I caught her lying and trying to steal wages from the company that she did not earn. She is paid on a per piece basis and attempted to be paid for services she never...

completed. She has threatened me over the phone and on text messages to where I had to call the police to intervene. After that, she had her boyfriend begin contacting me. I explained to him that I would not be paying [redacted]. I showed him the agreement that [redacted] signed, and a copy of the pay memo that I give each contractor about how they get paid and that trying to steal and lie from the company will not allow them to be paid (attached).
I have since involved my Attorney, the Police Department and soon the courts in this matter. We have verified, multiple ways, that [redacted] did not complete the work she says she did and is attempting to be paid for work she did not do. She did get paid for the first project she worked on (after we verified that she did in fact work on that project properly, which took some time). Besides the statements from the supervisor that worked with her on the project in question, the fact that we time clocked her and it is physically impossible to deliver the amount of materials she claims in that time period, and visual verification by myself (I went out to check on her and could not find her or any flyers while she supposedly was working), we have determined that she has lied about her work and is trying to collect wages for something she did not do.
[redacted] has been very difficult to deal with. She has called us and threatened myself and other workers on several occasions. When the Police told her to stop, she began using her friends and boyfriend to harass us, even showing up at our office unexpectedly. We have requested that she stop contacting us and have been advised by our attorney to file a restraining order against her, file harassment charges (with threat of bodily injury) and to file a civil complaint for libel and slander if she continues.

[redacted] is a total and complete liar and needs to be reprimanded for having people do his work only for him to steal and keep their monies. There was only one other employee with me on this campaign ([redacted]), who I'm sure under oath, unlike [redacted], can verify the amount delivered. This was the first campaign I completed for [redacted]- [redacted], who will NEVER contract with Denver DOOR TO DOOR again, because they are not above board. There was [redacted] on this route, in fact I had all of the "other" [redacted] units as well (for people that never showed up), that is why I ended up delivering the entire box that [redacted] initially gave me. I beleive that [redacted] has just gotten away with ripping so many people off as he is attempting to do me, it's become the norm. As far as an employer- They are THE WORST EVER, as far as [redacted] himself; he personally lied to me, didn't keep his word for dates to meet him and receive payment, he b.s.'ed around when I asked him for a 5.00 advance (said his partner wouldn't allow it) his silent partner? Agreed to pay me on the 28th, failed to do so, and when contacted by another party for fear he would lie to to police about me contacting him again, he went on vacation for a week and again agreed to pay me on 05/10/15 upon his return; then yet again; failed to pay me. Though it is not personal (I could care a less about [redacted] and his poor practices), I don't want him to do this to ANYONE ELSE, and I WILL PURSUE it as well as TELL EVERYONE and ANYONE who asks or attempts to do work for DENVER DOOR TO DOOR Exactly how I was treated. That's not how you "get ahead" in business, and it will come back to him some day. You are treated how you treat people, and because you have some minor experience with the law (probably from previous contractors he's done this to as well) does not mean that you are free to manipulate it and or the people that earn your money for you. You shouldnt be able to sleep at night [redacted] You don't do people like that. I welcome any future litigation from your firm, as I've done NOTHING wrong. If you think you can contact the police and tell them lies- I will abide as thats the rule as what they asked of me- but that surely doesnt mean that you're going to get away with it scott free, your dead wrong.

[redacted] did ask for an advance of a small amount because she said she did not have money to get to the area she was suppose to deliver in. I believe it was for the bus. I offered to see if we could do that. After talking it over with my partner and our **, there were already questions surrounding if she had completed the work and if we were going to keep her on. Because of this, we decided not to advance her money as we doubted we would be paid back.
[redacted] was the crew leader that first informed us of the fact that [redacted] was unreliable and was not completing the work. He worked with her on both campaigns she did for our company and kept a close eye on her because of his concerns. The client ([redacted]) is still a client of ours and understands the situation. [redacted] also is in violation of her contract with us since she has contacted our clients and has attempted to degrade us to a long time client.
There were no [redacted] assigned on this case. All [redacted] trackong is done by an app downlaoded on the distributors smartphone, there is nothing for them to carry. [redacted] is inaccurate in all her statements. She delivered on two campaigns for us, one was [redacted] campaign. She did not deliver 600+ flyers for this campaign, nor was she given 600+ flyers for this campaign. [redacted] did not complete the work, and as you can see in her statements, is determined to attack us (me).
We have submitted proof that we do not pay distributors when they try to steal from us, have had to get the police and attorney involved and had to deal with [redacted] for months on this. If she continues to harass us, we will be forced to file charges and civil action against her. We can provide whatever proof necessary that [redacted] did not complete the work and is not owed any money.
If she pursues this any further, we will be forced to take the next action recomended by our attorney.
