I am rejecting this response because: I am also disputing the fact that I paid for a and Ton Systems with a rating of 15+ Seer or betterHow can you have different size of Systems ( and ton) using the same model Air Handlers for both SystemsIf both Air Handlers are the exact same model were installed at the same time (Oct.2013) and both Condensers were installed at the same time (Mar.2016)Then why was he able to get a good matching Condenser (new platform) and current AHRI Certificate for one System and not the otherRUUD manufacture comes out with a different platform but always keeps same numbers for size of unitsThe only thing that changes are letters (prefix). I am waiting for additional information from manufacture

in response, As I have stated previously the air handlers installed at the initial start of this job will operate on both the and the 1/ton units. This also is indicated on the AHRI Certificate of Product Ratings. Please find that both certificates have been included in my first response to this issue and will include again at this time. I must reiterate that had this customer finished the job within a timely manner (it has been over years), the equipment is no longer available -please see Ruud dealer's statement. I hope that this will finally resolve the problems with this complaint

In regards to the complaint against my company filed by *** * *** on 4/4/with assigned ID# of ***, she failed to explain that the contract of this job was back on June 19, This date started her job and we installed the air handlers in the attic along with the duct work for
central air and heat systems as per bid using RUUD equipment. The equipment that we bid at the time the contract became enforced were 16+ seer units as specified on the AHRI certification papers I have furnished along with this letterBoth units were matching systems as you can see on the certifications dated 7/26/On 09/17/Mrs*** contacted me and said she was ready for the matching outdoor systems for the air handlers we installed at the first of the job on 08105/Then we were told days later that she was not readyI was called again on 11102/saying she is now ready for the units; however, yet again days later I was told to hold offFinally, March of this year, she called and was ready once againWe called our RUUD dealer and they informed us that due to the job being prolonged for years the equipment is no longer availablePlease find that I included the email I received from my RUUD territory manager) The new condensers that we installed, one of the air handlers would have to be changed out to have a matching seer unitAt this time I informed her I would get her a price for the matching indoor air handler if she wanted a seer systemI have been informed by RUUD that the indoor air handler that is presently in place will work perfectly fine and RUUD and JRS will warranty the system for the period of time stated on the contractNote contracts are only effective for one year and should be null & void thereafter.Mrs*** was informed of all the aforementioned information and still has a balance dueShould this payment not be made, Mrs*** would surrender the warranty on all work done.I have included the current ABRI certificate showing the 15+Seer system should she decide to change out the air handler to match the outdoor condenser.I hope this correspondence resolves our side of the dispute

In regards to the complaint against my company filed by [redacted] on 4/4/2016 with assigned ID# of [redacted], she failed to explain that the contract of this job was back on June 19, 2013. This date started her job and we installed the air handlers in the attic along with the duct work for...

2 central air and heat systems as per bid using RUUD equipment. The equipment that we bid at the time the contract became enforced were 16+ seer units as specified on the AHRI certification papers I have furnished along with this letter. Both units were matching systems as you can see on the certifications dated 7/26/13. On 09/17/2015 Mrs. [redacted] contacted me and said she was ready for the matching outdoor systems for the air handlers we installed at the first of the job on 08105/13. Then we were told days later that she was not ready. I was called again on 11102/2015 saying she is now ready for the units; however, yet again days later I was told to hold off. Finally, March 22 of this year, she called and was ready once again. We called our RUUD dealer and they informed us that due to the job being prolonged for 3 years the equipment is no longer available. Please find that I included the email I received from my RUUD territory manager) The new condensers that we installed, one of the air handlers would have to be changed out to have a matching 15 seer unit. At this time I informed her I would get her a price for the matching indoor air handler if she wanted a 15 seer system. I have been informed by RUUD that the indoor air handler that is presently in place will work perfectly fine and RUUD and JRS will warranty the system for the period of time stated on the contract. Note contracts are only effective for one year and should be null & void thereafter.Mrs. [redacted] was informed of all the aforementioned information and still has a balance due. Should this payment not be made, Mrs. [redacted] would surrender the warranty on all work done.I have included the current ABRI certificate showing the 15+Seer system should she decide to change out the air handler to match the outdoor condenser.I hope this correspondence resolves our side of the dispute.
