Mr. [redacted], I spoke to Mr. [redacted], he asked me if I was the owner of the business and I told him that I was the President. He told me that Rene, who is the me[redacted]ic that worked on his Fifth Wheel, had put the wrong springs on. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that he couldn't have...
because he asks for authorization before purchasing any parts. [redacted] then explained to Mr. [redacted] that the springs he was going to install on the ifth Wheel was a little bit taller than the one he had originally, he told the me[redacted]ic that there was no problem to go ahead and install it anyway. Mr. [redacted] then drove the Fifth Wheel back to Oregon, where the Fifth Wheel broke down. He got the Fifth Wheel fixed over in Oregon and wanted for me to reimburse him for the worked that we provided for him, I explained to him that I couldn't reimburse him for the labor but that I could reimburse him $100.00 for the springs and that he needed to send the springs back to us. He refused to return the springs because it was going to costs him a lot of money for the shipping. The only way he's getting reimburse his $100.00 dollars is if he sends me the parts back.
