LG has informed me that they did infact give JRS approval to do the repair.They cannot authorize someone else to do the repaiuntil they hear back from JRS which will not return callsI do not have a warrenty it is a recallLg states that the parts are with JRS an I have proved through text that I was told by JRS that the parts were arriving at an he'd be out

I'm not sure when [redacted] Warranty terminated their relationship with JRS Technical Services, however [redacted] Warranty dispatched them twice (7/& 7/18) as supported by the documentationIn addition, I paid JRS a fee of $for the service call.In regards to Kyle M [redacted] , JRS sent him to my house in plain street clothes (according to Kyle, he was on his way to New York) with no JRS identification and no equipment/parts to repair my refrigeratorTherefore, I asked Kyle to contact his manager via telephone (Alonzo)I shared with JRS (Alonzo) my displeasure with Kyle as a technician and how this service call was being handleIt's during this call when JRS (Alonzo) stated he will re-pay me for the cost of my lost itemsI have my wife, son and Kyle as witnesses to this conversation because it was conducted via speaker phone.Again, I'm just asking for what JRS stated what they're going to do - repay me for my lost items.Thank You

This call was sent to us through a program headed by ***They charge us for referrals of people who they cant get to or do not want to service for one reason or anotherWe paid for the referral of ***We went onsite and collected the service fee for driving miles north to service
the stoveI ordered the parts for repair and told the client we would be back the next day or two (part dependent) to service the unitThe next day I get a call from LG and they said that the unit was going to be covered by them and they would do it for no charge. They have not sent me any parts by the way, that is not accurate. I informed *** of this matter promptly*** told me that if the unit was under warranty they would refund the money they charged me for the client referralI do not work with LG so at that point my company was not authorized to handle the repairI did refund back to this addressThe check went out today via USPSThere was too many parties involved with this repair and we were just the little local guys that got caught in the middleMy apologies for the inconvenienceI have been out of the office this week due to family bereavement

We do not do any work for *** *** warranty any longerIf you have a complaint you need to take it up with *** *** WarrantyKyle M*** was dispatched to Mr*** home and he informed us that Mr*** made him feel very uncomfortable in his homeWe also do not deal with these
types of situationsAppliance repair is no longer supported by this company as we are Computer Engineers and Electrical Engineers at JRS Technical Services llc for a commercial clientel*** *** Warranty needs to compensate Mr*** for his losses since that is who he pays his premiums toWe have received no compensation for this project and we seek none

Therefore, I asked Kyle to contact his manager via telephone (Alonzo). I shared with JRS (Alonzo) my displeasure with Kyle as a technician and how this service call was being handle. It's during this call when JRS (Alonzo) stated he will re-pay me for the cost of my lost items. I have my wife, son and Kyle as witnesses to this conversation because it was conducted via speaker phone.Again, I'm just asking for what JRS stated what they're going to do - repay me for my lost items.Thank You....
