Tell us why here It is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] ’s fence was damaged Unfortunately, accidents do happen and Patriot Disposal does accept responsibility when it is at fault, hence the repairs Management was unaware that the repairs were sub-standard until receipt of Mr [redacted] ’s complaint and would like the opportunity to correct this situation [redacted] , the Safety Director, will be in contact with Mr [redacted] to schedule additional repairs Mr [redacted] may also contact [redacted] directly at [redacted] *** This time Patriot will hire a local fence company to do the repairs Management would like to thank Mr [redacted] for making it aware of this situation Customer service is incredibly important to Patriot and management needs to be made aware when the company has failed Management will utilize this situation to re-educate the staff on the proper policies and procedures to be used in handling any customer complaints so that this lack of communication does not happen again
