Our shirts are custom printed for every customer so it does take more time than your standard online shopping orderOnce the campaign has ended, we send our shirts to our printing facilities to to be screen printedThis process takes about 8-days to complete and finalize, however it can take longer depending on our current production volumeHer order was sent days after which was much earlier than the restWe shipped this order early not late as what the customer claimedWe do not have control on how their post office works but we made sure on our end that this order will arrive earlier than the celebration it was ordered forAnyway, this package is now on its way back to the customer's address and should arrive any day soonOur terms and conditions can be viewed on our page here: http://teecity.com/pages/help

I still haven't received my order from TeeCity, and I also have not received any correspondence from them

The estimated time for delivery is 7-business days from the time you place the order with usThis estimate includes the time it takes your order to be set up and custom printed in one of our facilitiesShipping takes about 3-business days for US customers and about 8-business days for international orders." As you can tell the website states that the estimated delivery time includes the time it takes the order to be screen printedFinally, the order was mailed days after the purchase vsdays that they claimThey did not ensure the package was order prior to the celebration that it was ordered forThe package arrived a week late, again, during which time my office was closed. Going through the Revdex.com website, I see a number of similar complaints against this businessNot to mention hundreds of negative comments claiming the same thing all over their social media. The tracking details that they have provided are wrong. I'm not even sure where they are pulling them from or if they are somehow forging the information. Here is what is shown on my end: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?t... item was NEVER received as the building was closed for the Holidays. Again, the reason that it was closed was due to the extremely long delay in the company processing their order (which did NOT match what was stated on their website).

We just recently received the package back to our fulfillment center. The fulfillment team had been on the lookout for this package since day one. We really apologize for the delay but rest assured that the package has now been sent out once again to the address that the customer had provided during purchase. We tried to obtain a new address in order to avoid going through the same scenario once again but the customer refused to provide. But anyway, this order is on its way to the address we originally have for the customer. She will be receiving an email along with a new tracking number anytime this week. Thank you.

Hello,Today I finally received my order from TeeCity. The order did NOT contain the promised sweater. Instead, it came with 3 blank pieces of paper. The entire package weighed .13lb (as indicated in the pictures), in case they argue that the package has been tampered with. To summarize, it is now March, and I have yet to receive the order which was purchased in early December. Regards,[redacted]
