To whom it may concern, We have received the complaint from Mr [redacted] It is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] is not satisfied with the repairs we made to the ford [redacted] The vehicle is Modified and customized The vehicle initially was brought to the shop in rough running condition .we determined the engine had Broken valve springsWe replaced all the valve springs and the engine ran smoothlyMr [redacted] Picked the vehicle up and later commented the car was Running Great After a few miles another valve spring Broke and the engine was running poorlyWe inspected the vehicle once again and at our expense repaired the broken valve spring we explained to him due to Modified nature of the engine There may be another cause for valve springs Breaking and May have to inspect the engine and valvetrain furtherHe picked the vehicle up and drove it homeHe later called and stated his steering was not feeling rightWe had the vehicle towed back at our expensewe found the steering Joint was damaged and repaired it at our expense.He once again picked the vehicle up and we did not hear from him until Sept He stated He had another "mechanic"check the steering and found a jam nut loose and the engine was running poorly once again and informed us the he thought we where incompetentWe informed him due to the modified nature if the vehicle we could no longer repair his vehicle at no charge and he became angry and was yellingWe informed him that we where no longer interested in servicing the vehicleAs for the chip in the Paint we informed him like many other shops we can not be responsible for damage to his vehicle while it is in for repairsWe are sorry He is not satisfied with our Service But we completed all repairs to his vehicle as we agreed

the engine had Broken valve springs. We replaced all the valve springs and the engine ran smoothly. Mr [redacted] Picked the vehicle up and later commented the car was Running Great . After a few miles another valve spring Broke and the engine was running poorly. We inspected the vehicle once again and at our expense repaired the broken valve spring we explained to him due to Modified nature of the engine There may be another cause for valve springs Breaking and May have to inspect the engine and valvetrain further. He picked the vehicle up and drove it home. He later called and stated his steering was not feeling right. We had the vehicle towed back at our expense. we found the steering Joint was damaged and repaired it at our expense.He once again picked the vehicle up and we did not hear from him until Sept 4 2017. We Have a 2 year 24 thousand Mile warranty. That covers any Repair we have made. We Do not and Did not use any Used or salvage Parts on This Vehicle . We can prove that all the parts installed where Re-manufactured or new aftermarket parts. Being Accused of committing Fraud is something We take Very...

seriously. The Customer Never Complained to Us after the Date Of the repairs where completed .So there is no way for us to know he was having further issues with his vehicle . Which we would have taken care of immediately without any further charge to the customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience and are willing to repair the vehicle to the customers satisfaction, However We will not Issue any refund what so ever.
