The attorney and [redacted] have been notified that he is to have the vehicle towed, I am not to drive the vehicle. I have offered to bring the keys to the attorney to pick up the refund however the attorney refuses to release payment without the vehicle and [redacted] refuses to have the vehicle towed. The vehicle is not legal to operate and must be towed. Since [redacted] is the one that broke the law and is not in compliance with Texas State rules and regulations he is suppose to be the party to have the vehicle removed. [redacted] and attorney Overstreet are holding my refund up.

On Jan. 30, 2014 [redacted] and her boyfriend [redacted] purchased a 1999 Nissan Maxima for $4000.00 + TT and L. They test drove the car and were clearly explained and understood this was a used car and ALL SALES were AS- IS. Later that evening I received a call from my salesman and was...

told [redacted] and [redacted] had car trouble and he was going to assist them. Two hours later he called to say they weren't at the location or answering they're phone. We heard nothing from them the rest of the weekend and they live two blocks from my car lot. Monday Feb. 2, 2015 [redacted] came to my office in the late afternoon driving the 1999 Maxima. We discussed what had occurred and said he understood the car was AS-IS, but could I do anything for him.  Even though he had no receipts and I could not find any oil leak etc. and they bought the car AS-IS, I told [redacted] I would pay half the cost of the repairs.  He agreed shook my hand and left. The next day [redacted] came to my office with her brother and his friend. [redacted] said nothing but the two men demanded her money back and proceeded to threaten me. I refused but explained the agreement [redacted] and I had made about the so called repairs to the Maxima. 
After the situation cooled down I told [redacted] I would apply money to another car and wanted her to be happy with er purchase if possible.  Several hours later she and her brother decided on a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville which was $500.00 more than the Maxima. I agreed and [redacted] and [redacted] came to my office the next day with the Maxima, but no receipts for any repairs etc... I applied the $4000.00 to the 2005 Pontiac and took back the Maxima. [redacted] and [redacted] thanked me and left my office very happy.  I never heard another word until I received your letter. I was shocked and really upset knowing that I went over and above to try to satisfy my customers. I contacted [redacted] and asked her to explain why she had done this.  She apoligized and had no explanation but assured me she would contact you and retract her complaint. I have a small business and take pride in treating people honest and fair. Please follow up with me, I don't deserve to be on your negative business review.
