I have manual crank shutters They were installed as hurricane shutters years ago - before I moved in - and I believe wouldn't pass [redacted] code for hurricane shutters nowHowever they do somewhat protect the windows The one in front of the patio sliding doors would not crank down I was skeptical it could be fixed but called JS Construction anyway I spoke with Jeff, who knew all about the kind of shutters I have and was comforting in saying it probably could be fixed He sent Dave, who was wonderful From the outset he had a positive attitude about getting it fixed and to work and he did! This was a wonderful, experience I loved that both [redacted] and Dave were not negative and trying to push new shutters etcThe company is extremely professional in their dealings - confirmations and quotes via e-mail etc I highly recommend and will use again when I want new installed
