We have worked out a solution. With the customer. We are adding more wood to the oergola which is making the customer happy. She agrees to this solution .

2. We have had on-going good faith communication with the customer on multiple times, though we do concede that during our early-in-year vacation we were not immediately responsive.
3. We have already previously (email on 6/4) indicating that we are visiting the property on Saturday 6/27 to confirm the second issue (and possibly rectify on the spot if viable) - incomplete drainage in one area.
4. We have previously confirmed to customer (email on 6/24) that we have preliminarily retained expert structural consulting to also visit the property in order to assess the cause of the spalling.
5. We categorically dispute customer's assessment (he derived from other competitor companies) that the issues noted are due to "poor workmanship")
We believe that the drainage issue will be rectified in short order. We also believe that we will soon determine the likely cause of the spalling and then work with the customer to achieve a proper resolution.

I met with [redacted] and [redacted] again on 6.27.15 and they said they would put an overlay over four squares in order to hide the spauling/ flaking and rectify the drainage. I asked if the overlay would stick to the concrete and they said it would. They told me it would be done within two weeks. I received an email on 7.8.15 scheduling [redacted] to complete the work by the end of this week (7.11.15) depending on the weather. It has been raining which is likely pushing their schedule back. As for the overlay solution I will have to wait and see if it solves anything before I accept any response from the business.

J's Custom Concrete came out on July 11, 2015 as stated in their last response. They put an overlay down on the portion of the driveway that had pooling/ drainage issues and spauling. The overlay looks terrible because they did cover the entire surface. They only covered a portion and the concrete is a different color so it looks like a patch job. The overlay began to crack less than 24 hours after it was put down. Also no drainage issues were resolved. I sent them photos of the overlay and the cracking the next day July 12, 2015. I have received no response.
