[redacted] offers reasonable prices, begins job eagerly, but then tends to disappear to weeks at a time before he completes your job while he shifts to new projects he has taken on. He is very defensive about the inevitable errors that pop up along the way and does not take proper responsibility. Our kitchen pipes froze after he removed a wall to make way for a new staircase, exposing the pipes to the elements; was slow to respond and then acted like was our fault he had neglected to add insulation. A year later, our job has not aged well: treatment he applied to our basement floor is crumbling, problems keep cropping up in new bathroom. He does not stand by his work.
