I went into the service center on Friday January at am for a safety on our car
When I was ready to Find out the results the guy there first told me I need a new bumper which was barely loose and when I said I will just get it screwed in or glue it he said no it would need a new bumper to pass
Also he said that the new battery that the dealer put in was sliding all over the place and that they put in the wrong one
I got very upset and told them that They just want money and making things up because I was at my regular mechanic a week prior and he said that the bumper was secured enough to pass the safety and I also showed it to him after leaving this location as well as the battery and he told me there was nothing wrong with either
I paid by *** for this safety and now they said I cant come back because of getting upset and they owe me the pass papers after fixing this or my money refunded since I have to go to someone else now and start over
