We hired JS landscape to remodel our property last year in AprilBelow is a broad description of the work: -Removal of weeds in front yard of property -Removal of existing lawn areas in front yard -Replacing irrigation systems in front yard -Removal of trees in front yard -Trimming of shrubs in front yard -Installation of new Sod, trees and new ground covers -Installation of low voltage lighting and irrigation system -Backyard general clean up and removal of existing landscape -Installation of several new landscape elements in back yard including a sitting area, plants, trees, pavers, artificial turf, planters, etcAlmost none of the above agreed upon work items were completedThe job has been abandoned with minimal work doneThe yard has been left in a state of disrepair and destructionWeeds have overgrown the entire yard, Piles of dirt and debris remain throughout the property along with his toolsThe irrigation system that was removed has not been replaced causing problems fo
