We are responding to this complaint indicating that we were in contract to supply the customer mowing services for 26-30 weeks. When we send a customer an estimate of what our services will cost, once the customer agrees to the cost, we then move forward and provide those services....
However, once a customer cancels our services, regardless of the reason, the agreement is null and void, and services cease at that point. In this case, the customer called and cancelled our services after the third cut; at that point no additional services were provided. Because the customer was dissatisfied we decided not to invoice the customer for the services rendedered. The customer did not incur any cost for our services, and once she called and cancelled our services, that indicated an end to the business relationship. Thank you
The cancellation of services by J Lawn Care Inc. was never made by me. If J Lawn Care, Inc. has proof of the statements made in their response please send proof of date, time, and the person who took the call/message.I had planned on J Lawn Care, Inc. to provide other landscaping services also; building retaining wall and planting shrubbery/flowers in front, and talked with "[redacted]" regarding these additional services. I am attaching a copy of the rental cost of equipment including delivery and pick up needed to cut my lawn after 4 weeks of neglect on the part of J Lawn Care, Inc. and expect J Lawn Care, Inc. to reimburse me IN FULL for this cost. Thank you for your kind attention in this matter.
