Owner, Jill S[redacted]/JS Management was contracted to perform a kitchen remodel job including a 200 sq ft addition on 6/23/15. Due to numerous "personal issues" on Ms. S[redacted]'s behalf, the job was postponed to begin 10/5/15. Ms. S[redacted] had her "Foreman" Randal P[redacted] as the job on 10/1/15 to determine what materials would be needed in order to begin on 10/5/15. On 10/2/15 Ms. S[redacted] bailed on the job/contract at the very last minute. Not only did she bail on the Contract, which cost me additional interest on the Construction loan but the added expense to hiring another Contractor at the last minute. Ms. S[redacted] also (stole) failed to return the remainder of 2 full slabs of granite that I purchased from Ms. S[redacted] (Cesar C[redacted], owner of Castillo's Granite) at the time that she was Contracted to remodel my Bathroom in April 2015 - a loss of $3,500. Ms. S[redacted] also threatened the Subs that if they did any work for me or on my job they would never work for her again.
