Our company received the claim regarding damage to *** *** vehicleOur manager met with this customer and saw the claimed damageWe washed cars that day with no other problems before or
afterWe consistently washed cars all throughout the day and we have the hourly car count documentation to prove itIf there was a problem we would have had to shut the whole car wash down and have our maintenance crew come out and fix it which did not happenWe run the most modern car wash facilities and have the most modern equipmentWe wash brand new cars every dayThe claimed damage to this vehicle could not have happened going through our car wash. After investigating the incident, the manager did not find anything wrong with the carwash equipmentWe have not had any similar incidents around this timeframeWe offered to buff these scratches out in good customer service, even though we don’t feel they came from any carwashWe buffed this vehicle and the customer was satisfied with the results; we did not hear any communication until weeks afterWe offered to have the customers vehicle professionally buffed, which the customer has not taken advantage ofThis offer still stands for the customer to get a quote from a local preferred professional and we will reimburse this amount. We feel strongly we are not responsible for this damage but are continuing to extend a hand of customer satisfaction

I also have? pictures with time stamps? taken for when the scratches occurred on the vehicle and when the car was buff & waxed by the businesses employee.? In this response I? am attaching a picture of the buff & wax job done by the business.? The last conversation I had with an employee I was told their car wash was basically "damage proof" & to turn this over to my insurance, to let them handle it.Nonetheless, as I stated when I originally filed this claim, I am only seeking resolution to get my vehicle back to the way it was before the incident occurred; I have an appointment for June 1st with a? dealership for a complete exterior buff & waxWhen this is completed I will submit the receipt to the business for reimbursementIf the vehicle turns out okay & I receive the reimbursement payment, this complaint will be closed

I have obtained my cell phone call log from my cellular carrier for both incoming & outgoing calls - to prove & dispute the businesses claims; I also have pictures with time stamps taken for when the scratches occurred on the vehicle and when the car was buff & waxed by the businesses employee. In this response I am attaching a picture of the buff & wax job done by the business. The last conversation I had with an employee I was told their car wash was basically "damage proof" & to turn this over to my insurance, to let them handle it.Nonetheless, as I stated when I originally filed this claim, I am only seeking resolution to get my vehicle back to the way it was before the incident occurred; I have an appointment for June 1st with a dealership for a complete exterior buff & wax. When this is completed I will submit the receipt to the business for reimbursement. If the vehicle turns out okay & I receive the reimbursement payment, this complaint will be closed.
