Looking into the member's account I could not locate the signed Service Agreement acknowledging she agree'd to the Terms and Conditions of the membership This Service Agreement is sent out electronically and in looking at the account and speaking with the member she had not received the email nor acknowledged the Terms I spoke with [redacted] and informed her that due to her not being fully aware of out Terms and Conditions we would refund her the enrollment fee she paid, totaling $ I informed [redacted] that we would be unable to refund the $monthly membership cost due to the fact that she did purchase food while her membership was active The member was happy with this resolution I informed her that the refund would be processed within business days and left my direct extension for any future concerns

Jenny Craig abides by all legal requirements for sale receipts We have taken this complaint under review and will make any adjustments we feel are necessary for our clients

8/23/which made her ineligible to continue on Jenny Craig We cannot share the details regarding that change via this complaint, but *** was advised the reason we could no longer provide her service on 8/23/when she advised us of the change No refund will be issued

[redacted] Account Resolve Details:  Mrs. [redacted]'s charge of $99 will be refunded.  We find that she initially signed up for the service over the phone, and her Service Terms were not correctly emailed to her advising of the three day cancellation policy.  So her refund for...

$99 was issued on 8/24/17. [redacted] Account Resolve Details:  Mr. [redacted] signed up for the service in person at a Jenny Craig Center.  The Service Terms are not required to be signed because Mr. [redacted] was not on a recurring billing plan.  The Service Terms were provided to him when he agreed to sign up for the service and made his payment for the program and placed his first order.  As Mr. [redacted] stated in his complaint, he was provided the Service Terms which outline the three day cancellation policy. There is no refund that will be issued to Mr. [redacted]'s account.  I have called the clients at the number provided on the complaint to explain the resolution however, no one answered.  I left a message on the machine with my contact info.  If the clients have any concerns regarding this dispute they may contact [redacted] at Jenny Craig [redacted].

nor acknowledged the Terms.  I spoke with [redacted] and informed her that due to her not being fully aware of out Terms and Conditions we would refund her the enrollment fee she paid, totaling $49.00.  I informed [redacted] that we would be unable to refund the $19.00 monthly membership cost due to the fact that she did purchase food while her membership was active.  The member was happy with this resolution.  I informed her that the refund would be processed within 10 business days and left my direct extension for any future concerns.
