This is no way to do business, the valve does not just fall off!. The worker did snap off the valve while cleaning the tire, it was right next to the tire and in front of the worker.  It was a clean break as you can see in the photo.  It seems he is grasping at straws and trying to deflect responsibility.  His Response make no sense, first of all I never told him the tire was change recently and second, he is claiming the valve would of flew a few feet away from the tire which would of been impossible for that to happen because the worker is right in front of it trying to clean the brake grease off of the rim and again the valve does not just fall off! He needs to take responsibility for the damage caused by the carwash.I would like the damage caused by the car wash to be paid for- $157.40Thank you

It' very simple I believe the customer try to get somebody to pay for his problem as I said befor when he get to my place there is valve damage and he new about it

 Making false accusations is not the path you should be taking here. The FACT is your worker snapped of the valve while cleaning he the tire, period.  Again they just don't fall off! After reading your other complaints on the Revdex.com and other sites like [redacted]! I'm not surprised by your stance, this seems like this is common business practices for your carwash.  Its shameful for the way you treat your customers and shameful for the way you do business. You have an opportunity to do the right thing here.  If this matter is not resolved here, I will be pusering this further

The carwash I own is brushless.  After the car came out of the wash, the customer was watching one of our employee's clean the rims with a microfiber towel.  He was approximately 30 feet from the vehicle and saw the tire going flat.  When he approached the car, he found the valve...

cover on the ground next to the car.  There is NO way that the valve could have broke from cleaning the rim with a towel.  I went over to the car and noticed that the rim had been damaged.  When I asked my customer if the tire had been changed recently, he said yes.  The damage was not caused by our carwash or our employee.  It was caused by the person that changed the tire recently.  As mentioned in his complaint, the customer found the valve cover and the valve next to the tire.  When you snap a valve, it will fly a few feet because of the pressure in the tire.  The valve and cover was right next to the tire which means that it was damaged prior to coming to the carwash.?
