This is in response to the complaint from [redacted] Adams, [redacted] gave [redacted] an estimate on July 29th at eleven am. At that time [redacted] says they did talk about using the payment plan but as the job was only for $545 minus the $200 deposit would leave $345 due upon completion. [redacted] signed the... contract stating this. On august 8th [redacted] installed the windows and collected the remaining balance at that time [redacted] signed the completion stating that the work was installed to her satisfaction. Around the fifteenth of august [redacted] inspected the job at ***'s request and agreed there needed a clean up and some repairs. on august 27th he sent [redacted] to repair the install but not the siding. On September 16th [redacted] went back to ***s house and tried to repair the siding and at that time [redacted] stated she wanted it replaced. [redacted] thought that the minor damage should be repaired and did not want to damage the siding around the dented pieces. [redacted] stated that her boyfriend wont be happy with that and called him. After the phone call [redacted] stated that the boyfriend said to leave the two pieces of new siding and he would fix it. After the boyfriend fixed it we would come back and paint it. On October 27th Granto construction agreed to look the job and replace the two pieces if possible, I am waiting on his response. This problem could have been resolved if the customer called us and explained that they did not want to replace the two pieces of siding, we could have hired a contractor at that time instead of contacting the BBB. [redacted] left a message on ***'s answering machine stating what we planned to do. [redacted] , general manager Buffalo Glass Block.

All of us in our organization are very sorry for any miscommunication that may have been presentedPlease let me share some facts...*The car was towed in on December 17, 2016, with a customer description of a problem, to "check the transmission".*Upon diagnostics, we discovered we could not
determine how the transmission was performing simply because the engine ran so poorlyIt was identified that the engine had multiple engine performance codes, as well as a restricted exhaust systemIn addition, the seats were torn, the tires were bald, and it was out of gas. *Ms*** was advised at the time that we completed diagnostics that we had to complete the exhaust repair to determine what/if anything else was required to get the car back to running condition, due to poor performance resulting from restricted exhaust system. *It was also requested that we change the oil- to which was completedI would invite you to come in and see the new oil filter, as well as the "newer" oil that is revealed on the engine oil dipstick- It may be possible that the transmissions oil dipstick was pulled- *She agreed, and requested a discount, which almost was the equivalent to the sales tax, about $The amount finally agreed on came to $Subtotal $1542.48, plus tax, total $1669.94.*The car was finally picked up on February 24, 2017.*March 14, Ms*** called in to John's Auto and began cursing and threatening Kathy, stating we didn't change the oil, took her original tires off, sold them, and put bald replacements on, and that she wants her money backKathy attempted to calm and diffuse, offered to tow in for free- Ms*** reluctantly agreed.*Diagnostics identified that the engine is running rough, and is in need of a tune upThis engine performance condition is quite possibly causing the new exhaust system to become restricted againThe engine performance tune up Kathy advised Ms*** of would run around $400.00, which has been discounted for customer satisfaction.*At this point, Ms*** contacted the Revdex.com, as well as Kathy, and continued to curse and threaten. *All of us at John's Auto are extremely sympathetic to the situation, and are willing to work with Ms*** any way we can, within reasonPlease feel free to speak with us regarding these repairs, and please, when communicating, let's talk to each other the preferred way we wish to be spoken to... This what I saw as I drove down the street.  There is now a hole in my back window and debree in the truck as well. My truck is at Johns Auto, 749 East Lincoln Ave, Cols, Ohio 43229.The number is [redacted]. Police were called.Police were called about [redacted]'s truck at John's Auto on 749 East Lincoln Ave.

I'm responding to the response from Johns Auto Service. First of all, my insurance company isn't liable. Ive sent attachments of the vehicle and the motor to show where the motor mount bolt was not placed in the motor mount bracket. The Hilliard police said because there was no damage done to anyone or anyones property he would not do a report to avoid citing Zackene P[redacted], the driver of the vehicle. The car has been impounded and is no longer in my possession. This is a case of pure negligence and all I'm asking is to be reimbursed to avoid taking this action to court.

At John's Auto, we are very sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident- we hope and pray everyone is ok. As per a previous request, please provide a copy of the police report and your insurance info. With this information, the insurance companies will be able to investigate the actual cause of...
