Review: I signe up for a site listed as "100% free" and was charged $40 for 2 other sites that were not even listed. There were no terms of service and no small print ro be found. The first I knew of any charges was an overdraft alert I received from my bank via tect message. When I called the available toll-free number, I was hung up on twice as soon as the words "cancel a charge" were spoken, and the third time, connected to a woman with a very strong accent. She claimed my money could not be refunded for 7-10 days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold, the THE SAME WOMAN ANSWERED, CLAIMING TO BE SOME ONE ELSE! She gave me the same mumbled routine about "7-10 business days, can't provide instant refunds, can't cancel the charge" which anyone knows is a lie. My bank is looking into the matter, but I may incur overdraft fees because of these sneaky extra charges. Liars.Desired Settlement: I need the money that was basically stolen from me. Yes, stolen. I was charged without my consent or knowledge, I consider that theft. I'd also like the company to be liable for any overdraft fees I incur from this facade they're calling a business.
