In the complaint Mr*** *** told you guys was informationI believe he reported us because he was mad things did not go his wayI'm not too sure of the correct dates, but *** came to the shop and drop his care off early/mid-FebruaryHis truck was stored at the shop for so
long because Mr*** never came by to drop a deposit off to start working on his car since it was a big job to do.*** return weeks later to make a deposit*** had engine problems with his truckThe engine was ordered, which takes a few days and it takes about a week to fix it. Upon working on his car the assigned Mechanic discovered another problem*** engine wasn't working because his transmission was messed upWe took the transmission out and sent it to a special place to get fix which also took a few days*** was told this information, but of course, he was impatient and order my mechanic to stop working on my other customer's cars and focus on hisI don't work like that nor take disrespectful orders from any customersWhen the transmission return, we charge *** no charge for the laborThe maintenance was completed and car return*** made several threats to me and my businessReports were made to the local policeAt the end of the service, *** was not charged full price for the parts and labor
