I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a bid quote as he indicated. I checked all boxes of my email account to see if it went to spam or junk...nothing there, estimate was never sent to me. Additionally I did not have any missed calls from his number. I have never had an issue with my cell phone voice mail box being full. That is an untrue statement. I am saying that it was rude of him to not to attempt to call or email me with the estimate. He was a polite person, however ignoring my phone calls and keeping me waiting for a response was rude. IF he did indeed do what he says he did in his response I am certain I would have had at least received the phone call or estimate... for both of those avenues to fail is very unusual. I am an honest person and believe in giving local company's my business. It's unfortunate this turned out to be a he said she said issue. I will close by restating no effort was made by this company to return my calls and provide me the estimate.

I would like to respond to this by saying that the estimate was sent out to this person and he called once and left a voicemail only once in which I tried returning his call back and tried to leave a voice message but it was full and can not accept messages at this time.   For this...

person who doesn't even know me or my company to say what he did is not right.   I looked at this job to take my notes on August 1st and attached is the bid I sent to this homeowner on August 2nd as I said I would do.  As far as being rude at no point was I or acted rude.   I think it is rude for someone to go onto [redacted] looking for a bid which the owners do not pay nothing for an estimate and the contractor in this case was my company be charged a lead fee and give a free estimate and do everything in which I said I would do and to  have someone say not to use my company.   That's rude to me.  Myself or any employee's of mine have not done any work for you to make that statement.  I take pride in my company to perform the best possible job we can.   If any person who wants to have the email forward to them are more than welcome to see the date in which it was sent.  Thanks
