Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a bid quote as he indicatedI checked all boxes of my email account to see if it went to spam or junk...nothing there, estimate was never sent to meAdditionally I did not have any missed calls from his numberI have never had an issue with my cell phone voice mail box being fullThat is an untrue statementI am saying that it was rude of him to not to attempt to call or email me with the estimateHe was a polite person, however ignoring my phone calls and keeping me waiting for a response was rudeIF he did indeed do what he says he did in his response I am certain I would have had at least received the phone call or estimatefor both of those avenues to fail is very unusualI am an honest person and believe in giving local company's my businessIt's unfortunate this turned out to be a he said she said issueI will close by restating no effort was made by this company to return my calls and provide me the estimate Sincerely, [redacted] ***
