reviewed the facts. While we feel badly that Ms. [redacted] is unhappy with her purchase, upon investigation, several of her claims are without merit. The representative did inform her of the state mandated three day cancellation period, and it is clearly stated on the front of the contract. She was also aware of her payment plan as our finance company speaks directly to the customer to verify the terms and payment due date after the sale is approved. The office that sold Ms. [redacted] the product has been in touch with her and explained that she has a valid an binding contract with the finance company. We pride ourselves on a long history of strong and positive customer service.
