To Whom it May Concern: I would like to first apologize for the delay in responding to this complaintThe customer in question was sold her Kirby by an outside office and I just got all the facts from them and the finance company this weekAs to the complaint filed by [redacted] ***, we have reviewed the factsWhile we feel badly that Ms [redacted] is unhappy with her purchase, upon investigation, several of her claims are without meritThe representative did inform her of the state mandated three day cancellation period, and it is clearly stated on the front of the contractShe was also aware of her payment plan as our finance company speaks directly to the customer to verify the terms and payment due date after the sale is approvedThe office that sold Ms [redacted] the product has been in touch with her and explained that she has a valid an binding contract with the finance companyWe pride ourselves on a long history of strong and positive customer serviceShould Ms [redacted] need our assistance with the care or use of her Kirby please let us know Sincerely, [redacted] Pres
