repairs were not done to the home owner's satisfaction. At that time I scheduled an appointment with the home owner to do a walk through. On the day of the appointment I was held up on another job that was taking longer than expected.
I had left the home owner's contact info at the office so I called the builder and asked him to let the home owner know that I could not make it.
The appointment was rescheduled for August and once again I was held up on another job and was running an hour late, for which I apologized.
I assigned a service technician to do the repairs who reported to me that repairs had been completed.
I did the walk through with the home owner in August at which time he showed me the mud on the beams. I was going to schedule another appointment with our painting supervisor but he was unable to attend at that time. Unfortunately, the next appointment did not get scheduled when it should have.
On October 26 I received the email that was sent to the builder by the home owner. I met with the builder on November 5. The builder informed me that he was going to be away for 2 weeks. As I felt it was necessary for the builder to be present I informed the builder that I would schedule it when he returned.
The repairs are taking place the week of November 16, 2015 and we will do our best to complete the work to the home owner's satisfaction.
