The resolution I am seeking in this matter is that this person be stoppedIt is an illegitimate person calling from a non-existent company trying to scam folks out of moneyWhen the address that *** *** from supposed JT and Associates is googled, it pulls up a Scooter's Mailbox company and his
phone number cannot be tracedHe has harassed me by calling me at work and going as far as calling my supervisor, who is in another location than myself, to verify employment, which is also harassment as he has no grounds to stand onHe told me I was being subpoenaed by the State of SC, which when you are being served papers by an official court, they don't call to verify employment prior to them serving youThis whole thing is absurd and he needs to be stopped

Review: A Mr. [redacted] has been calling my phone multiple times a day and leaving threatening messages. He also called my boss today and said there was a subpoena from South Carolina being issued against me unless I gave him my bank account number so that he could withdraw the money I owed on a bill. I checked into these actions and have found them to be illegal. I do not owe anymoney to anyone and have never been late paying a bill. I am filing a Cease and Desist Order on him and his company and further I am notifying the FTC and our Attorney General of South Carolina. He gave me a mailing address that is a professional mailbox company. When he gave it to my attorney he claimed it was [redacted], Tustin, CA 92780. There is no [redacted]. He was also rude and threatening to my attorney. She was only calling him to tell him what he had done was illegal and if he didn't stop we would take further legal steps. I feel that I am being forced to do this because I do not believe he is going to stop. I believe further that this is a scam and he should be stopped. No telling how many other people he does this to.Desired Settlement: I would like the State of California to investigate this man and locate him and stop him from harassing individuals like me. He is dishonest and needs to be stopped.
