I got my tires rotated at JT's KIA rock hill SC. Soon two of the lug nuts fell off. Went back to have them replaced and the tech put them on with an impact tool and said I was good to go. I ask if he was going to torque them and said the impact wrench had plenty of power to tighten them. I requested he use a torgue wrench and all 20 lugs were below the required torque. By this time the other techs had gathered around and agreed that you just had to know your impact wrench to get it right. If they were right my lug nuts wouldn't have been loose and falling off. I tried to contact the service manager but he was out, called and left a message and got no response. What I am seeing from the service dept. is going to kill the sales floor. I'm 77 years old and have bought a lot of new cars but, I've never bought a second one from a place I got bad service, nobody does.
