I had my 21yr old daughter went to go looking for transportation for her begin she is in 3rd year of college so she stops in to take a look at jt auto Mart so the guy whom really didn't want to assist her said are u sure you want to test drive this truck I don't want you to be disappointed cause I don't think u can afford this note it has over 200,miles on it over priced I my thing is you don't know what a person can or can't affordwe found her a truck and got it financed through state credit union I would never shop there or refers anyone to go there I feel like they are racist

I bought a MB CLK years ago from JT- Auto MartFirst thing that went wrong was the engine light came on after weeks of drivingTook the car to be checked and $1,need to replace intake manifold something like thatBut after driving this vehicle I was ready to trade it inI had purchased GAP insurance and had months left on the loanTraded for a new car August Cancelled GAP that cost $November JT sent the refund to my bank *** who returned the check because the loan was paid offSpoke to the finance lady and she said she can mail me the checkOkay sureCheck comes and it is a total of $I did the math and I was shorten $I called JT back and spoke to the finance lady and she said, "JT Auto Mart takes $from the GAP refundI said it's nowhere on my paperwork that says thatShe kept saying that is the amount that is withheldI told her I was going to file a complaint, but since its more than year since purchase I hope to WARN consumers about this hiccupWhat if my refund was just $would I owe them $Ridiculous!!

I contacted them about a car they have for sale, I live hours away, so asked detailed questions, asked if there was any rust, they sent me a picture that was not clear enough to see anything, and stated that it had no rust, was clean, so I drove hours to get the car, to find they had deceived me, it had flaking rust on it that had been painted over, they would not make the issue right, I can not recommend them to anyone, they work on peoples ignorance, please avoid

Looked for the perfect Subaru Legacy for quite some time - drove hours to JT Auto Mart to purchase the newest model with the lowest price and lowest mileage we found anywhere in NC They gave us a great deal, car was in great shape and super clean Everyone was extremely friendly We were in and out in an hour, drove the car home, no issues or hassle!

items on due bill of sale not carried out and we are not getting any response from them
On August 18th my husband and I purchased a 2011ffrom JT Automart from the sales agent *** On the due bill of sale we asked for them to take a look at the power steering fluid leak that was very evdident and to fix the issue, to mail us the Hydraulic pistons for the hood, to detail the truck, and to fill up all of the fluids in the truckIt was not detailed, we had cob webs under our mirrors still and dirt through out the car, the diesel exhaust fluid was not filled up, the power steering leak was not fixed and it is extremely hard to turn the wheel when parking or pressing slightly on the gas (unsafe to drive), I have not received the hydraulic pistons as of AUG We also have a desire exhaust light that keeps coming on that was not disclosed to us but this came a week after purchase and was not on the due bill of sale to fixI tried to call and email and file a complaint on t

Bought a car from JT Motors at the end of JanuaryThe DAY AFTER we bought the car, the engine light came on...was told it had not been reset after oil changeTwo days later, the light was back onThe did a diagnostic test and we were told it was the Osensor, light came back on, was told it was the catalytic converter, long story short, we have had the car back and forth, for months, with no prevailWe took the car to three different mechanics, and all three said the same thing, the number piston was bad when we bought it....it has been over months, the owner, ***, was out of the country for almost two months, and no one could make a decision without him, then it has been one thing after the otherNow he is saying it's 'our problem' we bought the car 'as is' Well, no one in their right mind would buy a $car without a motor!
