I was in need of my house being paintedAlong with that, I needed some minor electrical work and some minor fascia work under the eaves to prepare the house for paintingAlso, I had new lights fixtures I needed installed on the front and back of the houseThe first company I contacted arrived in a company car, wore a nice company uniform and carried a nice company clip board and did a walk around the house, presented a wonderful, professional looking estimate, but had some 'pre-conditions' that had to be met before his company could paint my houseFirst off, the electrical outlets had to be fixed (I needed an electrician)Then I had to get the fascia above the windows repaired (I needed a roofing company)He told be the brand of paint and the total costThe cost was what I expected, but I did not anticipate having to employ these other 'specialists' to prepare the house for painting
Now, let me tell you about J&J Master RenovatorsJose did a thorough walk through, I pointed out the electrical sockets that needed work and he said he did that workWe discussed the fascia work needed and he said he did that, as wellI asked him about the new light fixtures and he said he would install all of those (in all)He showed me the type of paint he would use and made the claim that it was the highest grade available (the previous guy said that to use the 'best' available would cost me about $more per gallon)(I did check and it was the better paint)Lastly, we had wanted shutters installed on our front windowJose said he would install those and paint them to match the front door
His total price was just a bit higher than the first guy, but the amount of work and the extra things Jose did that the other company would not do, was worth every pennyI am sure Jose might want to show before and after photos of my house for his website, which he has my permission to do
I am extremely pleased and would recommend J&J Renovators for any work you might needJose and I are already discussing remodeling my master bathroom

Good quality exterior painting job, great attention to detail such that the final walk down had only a very minor item.
Started on time and finished as planned, two days for the entire exterior, walls, trim, soffit/facia, doors and shutters.
Good value for money. The contractor bought the paint I specified due to his discount. Estimated quantities were spot on.
No change orders to the job, what we agreed was the final price. 50% end of day 1 and 50% end of job.
