ALL work was to be done by a license plumber, it wasn't, most work was done by a teenager who Kevin "swears he better than most"Instead of taping into existing plumbing he taped into HW tank and ran pex through the attic un insulated,
It was agreed that ALL lines were to be 1" even shower risers except for stub out it wasn't done, LUS tested lines 32lb into house 11lb out, cold water in bath is recorded at and sink at back of property degreesIts hard to describe how bad the work is so I have photos of everythingmore water goes down the drain than what is actually used., shower drain to small, spout and shower heads do not line up, tub drain not centered, no inspections were done because nothing can pass inspection, NONE of the protruding water lines are horizontal with each other, and either point down or sideways, its basically a pex pipe sticking out of a wall, toilets are too close to wall to place moldingHe did NOTHING of what was agreed apron and looks like he cut every corner he could, and used nothing but left over scrap pipingAs the say "those that can't teach"....BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE photos on request
