The customer and Dunn agreed there was a miscommunication We plan to do business together in the future The customer even tried to remove this complaint but Revdex.com would not allow him

The homeowner's AC coil is so old that replacement parts are not available Upon installing the furnace last year we made the customer aware the coil leak could damage her new furnace This year the problem has not changed We visited the property and double checked at no charge and found the AC coil pan still compromised For the customers benefit since they did not want a new AC coil at this time we got it going best as possible The customer stated she was happy We do not encourage positive reviews - we encourage ANY reviewsAt this time the customer is cool and happy according to feedback

11/17/15: We did the work for her and we tried to save her some money by trying to fix the unitWe did fix it but then something else failedShe never contacted us back to do additional repairs and just replaced the unit with another contractorWe never knew about it and we would have fixed it for freeWe never got paid and we never knew about the problemThe other contractor made a unethical decision to not try to fix it and just replace itIt is not a black or white decisionWe cannot help her if we do not know what is going onI have a Revdex.com complaint out there and I do not believe this should be a complaint against my business because she never called meI do not feel she is owed money from usIf she would have the other company remove the unit then I will install a new unit for freeShe went dark on us and we could not contact her so we filed the lien because she did not pay the bill

We cannot give him a refund because on the total amount because we gave him refund for the service call and the was for the diagnostic and parts

It is company policy to credit back the service call only when a customer ends up buying a replacement system. There seems to be a misunderstanding between the two parties; however, we are crediting back the money to the customer because we...

understand mishaps happen - Dunn company has already sent an email to the customer detailing the credit. We also gave the customer a system upgrade prior to this incident since the manufacturer couldn't come up with the originally sold product in time for the Job. The customer stated to us that the Revdex.com complaint be removed. We are honoring the customers wishes in the best interest of customer service.
