The below text constitutes our complete response for now. PARTIES TO DISPUTE: Owner Complaint ID *** ***And Spagnuolo Companies Shore Division LLC (SCSD), Contractor1. The Parties entered into an Agreement on or about 11/18/for the remediation and restoration of the Owner’s seasonal residence, necessitated by damage due to Hurricane Sandy. They agreed that at minimum the value of the work scope equaled $81,172. This valuation and the related work scope were determined by the adjuster for the *** *** *** *** *** Moreover, the flood insurance carrier paid the Owner this amount in property damages after its own inspection regimen, less applicable deductibles. Accordingly, there should be no question what the job was worth and that it was by and large satisfactorily completed, as evidenced by the insurance company’s payments. Any assertion that SCSD “took over $75,for a job worth $25,000” is malicious slander and its repetition in a public forum without duly diligent verification is likely actionable.2. If there is an issue at play here, it pertains to the Owner’s dissatisfaction with the vinyl floor covering he selected for SCSD’s purchase from *** and installation. Low price was the Owner’s foremost selection criteria at the time of its purchase. Apparently, there are claims of its bubbling, presumably where it has been left unprotected from direct sunlight. SCSD has requested *** facilitate an investigation of the matter by the manufacturer, and the Owner has been advised of this. If there is a Disputed Amount, surely it is not $25,as claimed, but rather under $2,500. In consideration of this potential claim, SCSD has forgone its collection on its final payment, which was in the amount of the same $2,500.3. SCSD maintains documentary files and photographic albums which support these statements. These records also show the extensive foundation work and rebuilding of the first floor structure that SCSD performed without additional compensation, which was missed in the insurance adjuster’s work scope, but nonetheless had to be done. I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing is accurate here, they never reply we have proof this. They have not finished any of the work that is still left and further lies the amount due was $1000!!! in which the owner told me wife "buy a rug to cover the imperfections" ( that was in the living room )  --not we have issues in the kitchen flooring that has nothing to do with sunlight but rather poor installation --PLEASE NOTE also the owner HIGHLY recommended this flooring it was not the choice we made.....RUGS which cost us $1200 so they owe us $200! More lies, they still have not finished the bathroom cabinets, floors, electric under sink, touch ups, gap in frig. I'm concerned that Brad has now taken steps to post lies. It is not slander when we have posted the truth. We will continue with help from the attorney general of NJ and our lawyer is preparing suit.
