I DID NOT "MISUNDERSTAND" THE FACT THAT HE SAID IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS REITERATED BY HIS ASSISTANT ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR THAT I WOOD BE WITHOUT TEETH FOR 6 MNTHS. iN FACT THE GIRL OF MAYBE [redacted] OR [redacted] DECENT SAID IT WOOD BE BEST IF YOU WAIT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BEFIRE COMING BACK AND GETTING DENTURES, iM NOT "LYING" AS HE STATED WHY WOULD I. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK I WOULD HAVE WANTED TO GO WITH OUT TEETH FOR 6 MONTHS! I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT. I REMEMBER SAYING TO HER , " YOU MEAN I HAVE TO EAT SLUSH AND SOUP AND LIQUID FOR 6 MONTHS AND SHE SAID YES! I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION OF TEMPORARARY TEETH! AND NOT BEING EXPERIENCED WITH THIS, I THOUGHT IT WAS NORMAL PROCEDURE UNTIL I WENT ELSEWHERE
AND IN REGARDS TO HIM SENDING ME A LETTER, HE DID NOT. I HAVE FOUND OUT SINCE THERE WAS A MESSAGE BY PHONE THAT HE WAS CLOSING THE [redacted] OFFICE, BUT [redacted] WOULD STILL BE OPEN. THEN SINCE I HAVE WRITTEN YOU AND SPOKE TO HIM THE TRUTH IS HE IS NOT RE-OPENING HIS BUISNESS AS HE SAID. HE IS GOING INTO ANOTHER PRACTICE. SO I WAS AGAIN MIS LEAD. THEY NOTES TAKEN IN OFFICE ACCORDING TO NEW DENTIST WERE NOT OF MUCH USE AND THEY XRAYS WERE NOT COMPLETE. HE RATHER PROVIDED A SUMMARY OF HOW HE WOULD LIKE THE STORY TO SOUND. IT IS GOING TO END UP COSTING ME ALOT MORE MONEY NOW THAT ANOTHER DENTIST IS TAKING OVER AND IF I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE NEW DENTIST HE SAID I WOULD NOT HAVE LEFT WITHOUT TEMP TEETH, WHICH AS I STATED WAS NEVER AN OPTION WITH [redacted].
