I placed an order for my son's birth certificate on 1/1/and have still not received it I have made several attempts to call and find out what is going on with my order but no one has been able to help me In fact, out of of the customer service representatives were very rude and one named***, even hung up on me I was sent to a supervisors voicemail separate times and have never received a return phone call On February 24th, I spoke with *** and she confirmed that they had received the required email that included a picture of the confirmation page from my order along with my driver's license for verificationI am frustrated that no one cares to help me and I need this to register my son for school

I submitted an online request through this business' website for my child's birth certificate on 2/15/and expected to receive my documents in 4-5weeks as stated on their siteIt has now been over 2months and I have not received them despite my multiple phone calls to the company inquiring about the status of my orderI also contacted the supervisor *** *** via email on 4/21/regarding the situation and received a response that the birth certificates would be processed and sent out the same dayIt is now 5/5/and I still do not have themI have sent a follemail to the supervisor as I was unable to reach them by phone and I'm awaiting a responseIt is important that I receive these documents as I'm attempting to enroll my child in daycare and return to workI do not understand how I can get my child's social security card in 2weeks from the federal government and it is taking over 2months to get birth certificates from a local agency

On 01/09/18, I completed the required form (***), in order to request copies of my grandmother's death certificatePer my Wells Fargo account, the check that I submitted cleared my account on 02/16/On 02/28/18, I decided tocall, as I hadn't received anything by mail yetI was informed that I would receive the documents that I had already paid for in approximately wksfrom the time that my check was cashed, not from the time that my request was received, which is what is stated in the application documentsI then asked to speak to the person's supervisor and was told that there isn't a supervisor on siteI then provided my contact infoand was told that I would be reca return call from a supervisorThis never happened, so I called again todayI again asked to speak to a supervisor, was told the same thing, and again provided my contact infofor a return callIn my opinion, this company is making up the rules as they go and not upholding their end of the bargainI
On December 27, 2017, I ordered a copy of my father's death certificate and paid $for this service I filled out the application and mail it to them with a check for $to receive a copy of my father's death certificate As of today, I have not received the death certificate Through back and forth emails, they stated that I needed the to call the Texas Health Department to find the status of my request I paid for a service I never received
Wish we could leave a zero star!!! Vital Records at Skyland drive in Atlanta Georgia is a SCAM!! They tell people they can get their records if they send a check The checks get cashed but the records never come! We even got our request back as "RETURN TO SENDER" BUT THE CHECK WAS REMOVED!!!!!
