We entered into septic system contract with them in janTo come out times a year to service our acrobatic systemThey came out one time in MarchAfter several emails and phone calls *** keeps giving us the run aroundThe context is almost up and we only seen them one timeWe paid for a min.of timesNot timeMy wife and I tried over and over again to communicate with herShe assured us we would be getting a refundNor seen that either
J T's Septic has installed an aerobic septic system on my property in *** TX on or about September Their agent came back on property to cover septic area, as dirt had settled, around November Agent broke cement lid on first tank and then covered it up so no one would knowSecond agent came out and discovered the broken lid Company has continued to put me off for the repairs They have acknowledged it was their agent that broke the lid, but have yet to replace the broken lid The pump also is in need of replacement, but again has not been replaced And the work should be under warranty They will say they are coming out and don't show up When I call to see what time they will arrive, I am told they are working in other towns/cities and will not be showing up I am then given another date, this has happen on different times, to have them not show up I have tried working with this company They are also not performing the maintenance in a timely manner as
