Cathay Pacific Airlines Reservations

I purchased round trip non-stop airfare through Travomint. Upon attempting to online check-in through ***, the confirmation number I received from Travomint showed that the reservation was canceled. Travomint booked the wrong flights and days for the reservation they booked through ***. In speaking with ***, the reservation was canceled because I did not make the first-leg of the flight. Reservation I booked through Travomint was LAX to MCO on 7.11.19 and returning 7.14.19 MCO to LAX. *** stated that Travomint had the reservation 7.10.19 Hawaii connecting in LAX and landing in MCO on 7.11.19, then returning 7.14.19 MCO connecting in DALLAS and landing in AMSTERDAM. All email confirmations that I received from Travomint had my flight LAX to MCO on 7.11.19 and returning 7.14.19 MCO to LAX.

The problem however was that I pre-booked this round trip flight in advance. Since they messed up the flights, I had to purchase a flight less than 24 hrs and spend more money then what I paid. THIS HAS GIVEN ME ANXIETY AND STRESS IN EVERY EFFORT IT POSSIBLY CAN. I PURCHASED A TICKET FOR A FRIEND AND CANCELLED IT A FEW DAYS BEFORE WITH *** AND WITH THE AGENCY. I WAS CONFIRMED THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100 TO PROCESS THE REFUND OF $350. TOTAL $450. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS WITH NUMBEROUS CALLS AND SUPPORTING EVIDENCE THRU EMAIL AS WELL AS DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. UNTIL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PENNY! THEY ARE DECEITFUL LIARS AND CROOKS!

We had investigated this issue and with our findings: The note origin refund was processed on 19 April but did not show up on *** ticketing systems due to system glitch. We were not aware of the same error. Please accept our apology for the inconveniences caused due to system glitch. Upon calling *** on July 30 they helped us add the same refund manually one more time. Credit should show up on passenger’s credit card. Refund invoice attached for your reference. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience this had caused to you and let me assure the refund will show up soon. I tried booking a flight with a travel website for my fiance in England for the 27th July. I used his number during checkout and it did not allow the purchase to go through. I tried to correct it within the 24 hours specified but the company was unresponsive.
After 24 hours, I told them to CANCEL the ticket and that they had no right to charge my card. I decided I wanted an earlier flight for July 23rd. A day letter, I received an emailed ticket confirmation.
When I called they said it was non-refundable. I tried to change the ticket and they quoted a change fee and the TOTAL amount. Two hours later at midnight, they called and told me that I owe more money to get the ticket and that I can't use the original one because it had already been cancelled. They did not tell me this upfront and I would have never agreeded to change for that cost had I known. They gave me the option to pay more or lose all my money. I called my credit card company and they assured me that they will protect me from this company continually charging me more and allowed me to book another flight with a different company. They changed my card number and submitted a dispute.

The merchant harassed both me and my fiance with the number I originally had on the purchase.
They sent an EXACT copy of the cancelled internally on the 25th July with the same confirmation email and the same wrong phone number in the payment section. They used this to claim that they provided a service despite cancelling the flight for the 27th and never booking the flight on the 23rd as I did not pay the additional cost that they only later told me about.

Therefore they did not provide any service then tried to pretend they did. I have all the email exchanges and it turned out that the flight confirmation numbers didn't match what was on the email as the return flight shows up as the outgoing and cancelled. Again, they sent an email with cancelled flight information to fake a service.
